Membership Agreement
Private Membership Association Covenant
Last Updated: January 25, 2026
Nature's Place exists as a Private Membership Association (PMA), a fellowship of individuals united by shared values: reconnection with nature, holistic well-being, spiritual growth, and mutual support on the journey toward wholeness.
This is not a commercial transaction. This is an invitation to join a private community operating under our constitutional rights of free association and privacy.
By requesting membership, you acknowledge that you are entering a private agreement with other members of this fellowship.
Statement of Beliefs
Nature's Place is founded on these core understandings:
On the Nature of Existence
We recognize THE ONE—the unified consciousness and energy that expresses itself as all of creation. God is not separate from nature; God IS nature, endlessly expressing itself in infinite forms. You are not observing creation; you ARE creation knowing itself.
On Human Purpose
We believe each soul incarnates with purpose—a "soul contract"—and that the great suffering of our age stems from forgetting this purpose. Remembering why we came is the path to wholeness.
On the Unity of Life
We are not separate individuals but interconnected expressions of one living system. The microbes in our bodies, the mycelium in the soil, the stars in the sky—all are one fabric. Separation is illusion; connection is truth.
On Health and Wholeness
We understand health as harmony—the body in tune with nature, emotions flowing freely, spirit aligned with purpose. Disease often speaks what the soul cannot. Healing involves the whole being: physical nutrition from living soil, emotional resolution of conflicts, and spiritual reconnection with THE ONE.
On Nature as Teacher
Nature is not a resource to exploit but a teacher to learn from. Permaculture, regenerative agriculture, and living in rhythm with natural cycles are spiritual practices. When we heal the soil, we heal ourselves.
On Technology in Service of Soul
We embrace technology that serves awakening—tools that help us remember our purpose, restore our health, and connect with community. Technology should free us for meaningful contribution, not enslave us to meaningless toil.
On the Gift Economy
We envision a world where each person contributes their unique gifts and receives what they need—not through transaction but through trust. As technology eliminates grinding work, humanity must return to purpose-based living.
These beliefs are offered as our foundation, not as doctrine requiring agreement. Members are welcomed regardless of where they stand on any particular point. We are united by the journey toward wholeness, not by uniform belief.
Article I: Nature of the Association
1.1 Nature's Place operates as a Private Membership Association under the protections of the First and Fourth Amendments to the United States Constitution, as well as equivalent natural rights recognized universally.
1.2 This Association exists for spiritual, educational, and wellness purposes. We are a fellowship of people seeking to remember their purpose, heal their whole being, and connect with like-minded souls.
1.3 We may, in the future, seek recognition as a religious or spiritual organization. Members acknowledge and support this possibility.
1.4 All activities within this Association are private matters between consenting members and are not offered to the general public.
Article II: Membership
2.1 Voluntary Association
Membership is entirely voluntary. No one is compelled to join, and members may leave at any time.
2.2 Requirements for Membership
To become a member, you must:
- Be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have guardian consent)
- Affirm that you are joining voluntarily
- Agree to this Membership Agreement
- Provide basic contact information for fellowship communication
2.3 Consideration & The Gift Economy
Nature's Place operates on gift economy principles. We believe in a world where each person contributes their unique gifts and receives what they need—not purely through transaction, but through trust and mutual support.
In exchange for membership benefits, members agree to:
- Respect fellow members and the spirit of the fellowship
- Keep private matters private
- Contribute positively to the community (in whatever form that takes)
- Give as they are able, receive as they need
Sustaining the Fellowship: While we aspire to pure gift economy, we also live in a world that requires resources to operate. We offer multiple paths: gift contributions, sliding scale, work exchange, and tiered access. No one is turned away for lack of funds. If monetary contribution is a barrier, reach out—we'll find a way.
2.4 Your membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred or sold.
Article III: Member Conduct
3.1 Respect
Members agree to treat each other with respect, recognizing that we are all on different points of the same journey.
3.2 Privacy
Members agree not to share private fellowship information, other members' personal details, or internal discussions with non-members without consent.
3.3 Personal Responsibility
Members acknowledge that:
- Information shared in the fellowship is educational and spiritual in nature, not medical or legal advice
- Each member is responsible for their own health decisions
- Each member should consult appropriate professionals for medical, legal, or financial matters
- Participation in fellowship activities is at each member's own discretion and risk
3.4 Prohibited Conduct
Members shall not:
- Use the fellowship for illegal purposes
- Harass, threaten, or harm other members
- Misrepresent themselves or the fellowship
- Attempt to commercialize or exploit the fellowship or its members
Article IV: Fellowship Offerings
4.1 Education
The fellowship provides educational content on topics including but not limited to: nutrition, holistic health, spiritual practices, natural living, and personal development. This is shared knowledge among members, not professional services.
4.2 Community
Members have access to community features allowing connection and mutual support with fellow members.
4.3 Tools & Resources
Various tools and resources may be made available to support members on their journey.
4.4 Guidance
Members with expertise may offer guidance to other members. This is peer-to-peer support within a private fellowship, not commercial services.
Article V: Practitioner Relationships & Confidentiality
5.1 Nature of Practitioner Guidance
Certain members serve as guides, facilitators, or practitioners within the fellowship—offering support in areas such as nutritional guidance, Total Biology exploration, astrological readings, conflict resolution, or spiritual mentorship. This guidance is peer-to-peer support within a private spiritual fellowship, educational and exploratory, not clinical or diagnostic.
5.2 Sacred Confidentiality
Communications between members and practitioners within the fellowship are held in sacred confidence, similar to clergy-penitent privilege. What you share stays confidential. Practitioners commit to this as a condition of their role.
Articles VI-IX: Additional Terms
6.1 Privacy & Data
Our Privacy Covenant details how we handle member information. In summary: We collect minimal data, we never sell your information, and we respect your privacy absolutely.
7.1 Termination
Members may end their membership at any time. The fellowship reserves the right to remove members who violate this agreement or harm other members.
8.1 Disclaimers
Nothing in this fellowship constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice. Please read our Wellness Disclaimer for complete information.
9.1 Governing Principles
This private agreement is governed by natural law, common law, and the constitutional principles of free association. We seek to resolve any disputes privately, within the fellowship, through good-faith dialogue.
